About Me
I'm an empathetic pragmatist who leaves the yoga to the instructors. Specializing in building successful relationships, bettering communication, managing stress, conquering codependency, improving self-esteem, and ending career gridlock, I work with adults, teens, couples, and families. I also co-facilitate both women's and men's groups, along with Creative Expression groups at Valley Hope IOP in Van Nuys (http://valleyhopeiop.com/).
